Our Services include:

• Organisational Design - This focus area does what it says – it helps you design your organisation.
• Job Architecture - Our Job Architecture Service lays the foundation for your people data to recruit, evaluate, remunerate, and grow your employees on an equitable basis that meets both employee and organisation needs.
• HR Operations - Aimed at businesses who don’t have a fully functioning HR department yet. This area focuses on the day-to-day work of HR. Breezy’s solutions are tailor-made to fit each client’s needs. We offer an HR service on a monthly retainer as well as a number of other services that are only provided on project basis.
