His talent for negotiation and entrepreneurial skills has enabled him to generate effective strategies for managing teams across various businesses.
Thato a self-starter with strong entrepreneurial, marketing and sales experience in emerging markets. He has actively worked with several global companies in countries such as South Africa, Kenya, Mozambique, Zambia, and Australia: Orange, ABInbev, JTI, BAT, and Nandos. Most of these projects were carried out during his tenure as the Managing Director for Tribe Activations of which he is a Founding member.
