About CLR Group

CLR Consult was established in 2014.  The owner, Christi Pieterse, is an Industrial Psychologist with years of experience, both in the public and private sectors.  She worked for Anglo American for a substantial period of time and still deals with mines on a regular basis.

Christi is passionate about the happiness of employees in the workplace.  She firmly believes a happy employee is present, loyal, dedicated, and productive.  For this reason, most of our initiatives to date have been structured around increasing productivity and decreasing absenteeism in the workplace.

Burnout is another passion.  Not only does burnout have a negative impact on productivity and absenteeism, but it steals your zest for life.  Preventing burnout, dealing with burnout, and nurturing those suffering from burnout back to good health play a fundamental part in our day-to-day business.

CLR Consult is a private company that specializes in services within the field of Industrial Psychology and related services. We work both nationally and internationally and are based in Phalaborwa, South Africa.

We are here to help.  We treat every customer and every situation uniquely – after all, no one is the same.

We offer training and consultation in the whole of Africa. Our unique consulting approach combines the science of assessment with your unique company culture to ensure optimal results.
