RLActive is a Business Consulting firm that focusses on SME’s. We want to be there when SME’s are faced with the challenges of the changing business landscape and it seems daunting.
I started the company because I saw more and more companies floundering without direction and without a plan. When I started engaging with companies, it became very apparent that there were serious gaps between their products and their customers - they didn’t always match. The second biggest issue I found was that companies don't know how to unlock their businesses to grow or scale. SO I started specialising in those two areas.
I believe that small to medium size companies are the only way our economy is going to grow. They need all the help they can get and I want to empower them to unlock the potential of their business through the services that we offer.
