Our coaching services are targeted at professional women, to enable their success as they exponentially grow into positions of power and leadership. This service is aimed at helping professional women acclimatize and make an impact quickly when they start on a new job.

We focus on three specific transition phases: 

1. Preparing for transition

This is for ambitious professionals who want to grow their career in a meaningful way and want to make an impact in every role they occupy, as well as the company they work for. This would be the starting point. We help them craft a purpose-driven career growth strategy, roadmap and plan; so that they are deliberate and methodical in building their careers

2. Navigating the transition

This is for professionals who have just been promoted or appointed to a senior role and realize there are aspects of the job they are not fully equipped to manage (e.g. managing a team, joining a new industry, managing a function). We support them during the First 100 dayso n the new job so they can acclimatize with ease and make a positive impact quickly.

3. Revitalization

For professionals whose career took a downward turn after a long run of success. This happens more often that we realize for a myriad of reasons. We help  with career revitalization strategy and roadmap to recover and rebrand so they can reposition themself within the current company, in the market or on a new job with dignity and confidence
